Change of Mind
We understand, sometimes things just don’t suit your space the way you imagined. If you change your mind, you’re welcome to return your item for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided it’s:

Unused and unwashed

Returned with proof of purchase
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once your return is received and approved.
Please note that return postage is at the customer’s expense.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Every order is carefully checked before it leaves our hands, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 5 days of delivery.
Please reach out via our Contact Form with your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue — we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit (your choice) as quickly as possible.
Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items can’t be returned or refunded unless faulty:

Please keep your tracking details, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.
